Arubah Emotional Health Services is a Black woman-owned and -operated mental health services provider based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Inspired by her own father’s experience with addiction, founder Anissa Keyes Powell created Arubah in 2012 to provide much-needed services to underserved populations.
With a mission to make mental healthcare more accessible, Arubah provides psychotherapy, counseling, substance use disorder services, and Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS).
Dedicated to being a mental health/healing and development space for all people (including therapists & staff), we deliver services that foster restoration, resilience, racial justice, and hope.
